Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your AlpaFit account.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:
- • All workout history and statistics
- • Your profile information
- • Exercise and set data
- • Weight tracking history
- • Achievements and streaks
- • Scheduled workouts
- • Cloud-synced data on our servers (if applicable)
1 Delete via App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly through the AlpaFit app:
- 1. Open AlpaFit on your device
- 2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- 3. Tap Profile
- 4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- 5. Confirm the deletion when prompted
2 Delete via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- 1. Send an email to [email protected]
- 2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3. Include the email address associated with your account
- 4. In accordance with GDPR Article 17, we will process your request and permanently delete all associated data from our servers within 30 days
What happens to your data?
- • Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.
- • Cloud-synced data (if you used cloud sync) is permanently deleted from our servers, including all workout history, exercises, weight entries, achievements, and scheduled workouts.
- • Server backups that may contain your data are purged within 30 days.
- • Third-party data held by Firebase, RevenueCat, or Google may be subject to their own retention policies.
Important: Cancel Your Subscription
If you have an AlpaFit Max subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through:
