Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your AlpaFit account.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:

  • • All workout history and statistics
  • • Your profile information
  • • Exercise and set data
  • • Weight tracking history
  • • Achievements and streaks
  • • Scheduled workouts
  • • Cloud-synced data on our servers (if applicable)

1 Delete via App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly through the AlpaFit app:

  1. 1. Open AlpaFit on your device
  2. 2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. 3. Tap Profile
  4. 4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. 5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

2 Delete via Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. 1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. 2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. 3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. 4. In accordance with GDPR Article 17, we will process your request and permanently delete all associated data from our servers within 30 days

What happens to your data?

  • Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.
  • Cloud-synced data (if you used cloud sync) is permanently deleted from our servers, including all workout history, exercises, weight entries, achievements, and scheduled workouts.
  • Server backups that may contain your data are purged within 30 days.
  • Third-party data held by Firebase, RevenueCat, or Google may be subject to their own retention policies.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription

If you have an AlpaFit Max subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through:
