How do I track a workout?
From the Dashboard, tap "Log Workout" or the plus button. Select your workout type, set the duration, intensity, and any additional details. Tap "Save Workout" when done.
Can I use AlpaFit without creating an account?
Yes! AlpaFit works completely offline without an account. Your data is stored locally on your device. Creating an account (via Google or Apple) allows you to sync data across devices.
What workout types are supported?
AlpaFit supports 40+ workout types including running, cycling, swimming, yoga, strength training (full body, upper body, lower body, push, pull), martial arts (boxing, BJJ, MMA), and many more.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Profile > Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, visit our account deletion page for instructions.
What is AlpaFit Max?
AlpaFit Max is our premium subscription that removes ads, unlocks Coach Alpa AI for personalized training advice, advanced statistics, PR tracking, and more.
How do I restore my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your workout data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in, authentication is handled securely through Apple or Google. We never sell your data to third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel.
